Privacy policy
디더블유소프트웨어processes only information needed to operate the website, for the purposes and retention periods described below.
1. Information processed and purposes

General visitors do not register for the community board. Do not post personal information, as it may become public. The web application does not store raw IP addresses in its database, but security services may process IP addresses and other network information during connections.
2. Cookies and automatically collected information
Essential session cookies validate requests, verify authors and maintain administrator sign-in. Administrator sessions last up to four hours; password-verified post access lasts 30 minutes. Advertising and tracking analytics are not used. Blocking cookies may prevent sign-in and posting.
3. External services and processors
The web application and database use AWS Lightsail servers in the Seoul region. Cloudflare provides security, connectivity and Turnstile human verification. Network and device information may be transmitted to these services during verification.
Before public launch, actual contracts, processors, processing tasks, locations and retention rules will be checked and reflected here. If international transfers apply, the required details, legal basis and means of refusal will be established separately.
4. Disclosure to third parties
Personal information is not sold or disclosed to third parties except on a lawful basis such as a legal obligation. Processing arrangements and international transfers will be described after confirming the actual service conditions above.
5. Deletion and security
Data is deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery when its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Protections include restricted server access, hashed administrator passwords, HTTPS, request validation and human verification. Deleted data in backups expires within the maximum seven-day backup cycle; deletion requests are reapplied after restoration.
6. Your rights and inquiries
Use the contact details below to request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing. Requests are handled after identity verification within the scope of applicable law. New posts can be edited or deleted with the post password. Private post bodies and comments require password verification and are also accessible to the operator. For older posts without passwords or forgotten passwords, the operator may request the post URL, reason and other verifiable information.
