Set up healthy PC time limits
for your family

Install PC Manager, create a child account, set daily limits, and review usage history. Follow the steps below to start managing kids' computer time.

Download PC Manager ↓Start setup

Download and install

Open the Downloads page and download the Windows installer.
Run the installer and approve the Windows administrator prompt.
Create an administrator PIN when prompted. Keep it private from children.
After installation, PC Manager starts automatically with Windows.

Before updating

Back up the database from Settings. Use only installers downloaded from this website.

Create a child account

Open Account management and select the add-account card.
Enter a login ID and password, then choose a display name or profile photo.
Keep the account type set to Child account to apply PC time limits.
Create separate accounts for siblings so each child has an individual schedule.

Set daily PC time limits

Select a child's card and open Time settings.
Set a different limit for each day of the week.
Use Add time when extra computer time is needed.
When time runs out, PC Manager returns to the child login screen.

Children can always see the remaining time while using the PC, which helps them plan and follow the family rule.

Review usage history

Open Usage statistics to see total PC time by day.
Select an account to review that child's usage.
Programs used for at least three minutes appear in the program list.
Use the weekly chart and CSV export when reviewing family rules.

Manage from your phone

Install the Android parent app or use web remote management. Pair the PC with the one-time code created after administrator PIN verification.

Set limits or add time remotely
End a session or schedule PC shutdown
